Detoxification - 5 Natural Ways



Modern scientists believe there is a strong link between toxins and poor health that cause premature aging, diseases and body degeneration.  However, scientists and doctors have always found difficulties to remedies. The world cosmos today is highly toxic and this is causing all manner of health problems and illnesses.  Toxins are harmful and when they are accumulated in the body, the organs responsible for eradication are unable to cope and toxins remain inside the body for years leading to symptoms like poor health manifested through sluggishness or tiredness, indigestion, headaches and many others.

Exercise


A life that incorporates regular exercise is considered to be a healthy lifestyle.  Exercise helps the elimination of toxins in various ways.  Sweating out through walking, jogging, dancing eradicate toxins and body wastes through sweat.  Exercise also increases blood flow during exercise that enables the blood to carry toxins from the body cells to organs were they are eliminated like skin, kidneys and lungs. Taking 30 minutes of exercise everyday is enough to reduce and decrease toxins in the body.  Do not forget to replenish the lost fluid of your body by drinking water after heavy sweating.


Proper Breathing


The lungs are organs that eliminates the used air or carbon dioxide out of the blood stream and pushes it out of the body with every exhale.  Improper breathing techniques do not allow enough oxygen to enter the body cells.  Slow and deep breathing eliminates the toxins. Proper breathing eliminates toxin 15 times faster than poor and shallow breathing according to experts. Take a few minutes everyday to inhale and exhale deeply. This not only helps your body to relax but assist with removal of carbon dioxide and other toxins from the body.


Diet


The digestive system is one way through which the body rids itself of toxins.  A healthy diet rich in anti oxidant packed fruits and vegetables helps the body to fight free radicals as well as providing fiber for effective elimination of wastes.  It is important to eat both cooked and raw organic fruits and vegetables. Take note of products containing high levels of pesticides and avoid them.


Detox Foot Pads, Foot Patches


These look like large bandages that are attached to the soles of the feet by adhesive strips. Detox foot pads, foot patches contain ingredients that help to draw out accumulated toxins from the body.
