The ingredients of these foot patches are mainly plants and herbs which make them safe to use.


What makes most people doubt and uncertain about the product is that, it is not the only and first product that has claimed to work really well even without scientific evidence.  There are lots of products that do not work really well yet people assume and feel that they are working due to placebo effect; meaning, people experience good condition while using the product. It is very rampant nowadays so if you really want to look what really works, then you can wait for the scientific proof and witness the results before spending so much money on something that may not actually do well for you.

Ear Candle/Ear Candling: Alternative Therapy – Their Argument

Indications:
The treatment relieves sinus pressure and pain, improves hearing, stops tinnitus, reduces stress and tension, and stops tinnitus.  Old practitioners believe that ear candling can open and align chakras, release block energy and stabilize emotions.  


The Debate:


Ear Candling seems to be popular and is greatly advertised, thus many people have tried and used the procedure.  Most of them attest and testify that it is effective and has beneficial effects in human body. Many are also overwhelmed with the holistic results after the treatment.  Nevertheless, some known medical research journals have reported and published that it is dangerous to the ear and ineffective.  As a result, FDA refutes its practice.  However, in spite of negative news, no one has ever reported any ear damage due to ear candling.
